Intuitive and Psychic abilities are a natural extension of our ability to perceive and interact with the world around us, both seen and unseen. Some of us are born this way, some choose to purposefully develop these abilities, and others experience them coming online as they go through different levels of their spiritual awakening process. In many contemporary spiritual traditions, the focus is on the mind, but our body’s wisdom and emotions hold many of the answers we seek to alleviate much of our suffering as a species.  It is actually the denial of our bodies needs and suppression of our emotions that has lead us into a imbalanced state with a lot of illness and disease.  While our minds can re-write memory, our body is fully present and conscious to everything that we experience.  Healing occurs when we come fully into our awareness and simply hold space to process the experience.  This process happens easily and naturally through simply allowing ourselves to feel what we feel without the need to analyze it.

Spiritual Awakening is a spiritual alchemical process that is a natural part of the evolution of a human being.  We begin the path home by awakening from our unconscious sleep in the collective dream.  This is not just a mystical epiphany, or archtypal references of our consciousness, but a deeply lived experience.  While the journey home is the same for all of us, the path that we take to awaken will be unique.

Energy Healing Session -with Sekhem + Cyrstals

An Energy Healing Session is a relaxing, nurturing, heart-centered energy therapy that assists in balancing physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual-wellbeing. It helps to restore a coherent and balanced energy field, supporting one’s own inherent ability to heal. In an Energy Medicine Session, we combine the power of healing touch and Sekhem with ‘crystal technology’ for optimal subtle energy body flow and alignment leading to greater overall wellbeing.

Sekhem – is an ancient Egyptian term meaning “power” or “might,” referring to a universal lifeforce energy similar to prana or chi. It’s often compared to Reiki but considered more intense. It is especially helpful for releasing trauma and promoting clarity and confidence.

Crystal Healing – is a holistic vibrational energy-based system of healing that uses precicely placed crystals on and/or around the body. Crystals absorb, focus, direct, detoxify, shift and diffuse energy as they interact with the electromagnetic forces and subtle vibrations within the subtle human energy body or environment’s energy field. They are wonderful allies to help us move energy. Crystals assist in offering stress relief, help to stabalize moods, and enhance clarity and focus. With a deep understanding of the human subtle energy body and sacred geometry they can be a powerful tool for healing.

Shamanic Sound Healing Session

Drums have been used in rituals for healing and  connection, and acting as a spiritual conduit in cultures around the world for spiritual, emotional and physical wellness since ancient times.  The sound of drums evokes a deep tribal memory in us and assists us in connecting with the sacred,wild part of ourselves, along with our heart and Mother Earth.  Rhythmic drumming can alter brain rhythms, helping us shift from a thinking into a feeling state.  We can use these therapeutic rhythms to move into various levels of trance, allowing us access to our subconscious to help clear energetic blockages, promote emotional release and healing, and allowing us to unlock hidden gifts, ideas and insights.
